BOOKING YOUR STAY
A two night minimum is required for all stays
deposits
A $50.00 deposit is required for daily rental
$200.00 deposit is required to weekly rental
*Note: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation only if made 2 weeks prior to stay
cancellations
The cancellation policy is 2 weeks. A $25 service fee is retained for all cancellations.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to stay
PET POLICY
Only well behaved pets are accepted. Fee is $5.00/night – $25.00/week
Owner must sign damage waiver
*Please clean up after your pet -pick-up stations on-sight
